Description

Rubber & سیلیکون molding is a manufacturing process whereby an amount of uncured rubber or silicone is transformed into a usable product.  

3 نوع فرآیند قالب گیری لاستیک و سیلیکون وجود دارد:

-قالب گیری فشرده سازی لاستیک

قرار دادن مقدار از پیش تعیین شده از ترکیب لاستیک مستقیماً در حفره قالب و سپس فشرده سازی آن به شکل حفره با بستن دو طرف قالب.

-Rubber injection molding

در این فرآیند قالب گیری لاستیک و سیلیکون ، ترکیب لاستیک پخته نشده قبل از تزریق به قالب ، به حالت مایع گرم می شود. این محصول با باز کردن و بسته شدن مجدد آن برای دریافت تزریق بعدی آزاد می شود.

-قالب انتقال لاستیک

During this Rubber & سیلیکون molding process the uncured rubber or silicon compound is placed in a part of the mold called a “pot” before being forced through an aperture into a cavity in the shape of the desired product. When cured, the mold is split releasing the final product.

-نیتریل یا Buna-N

-Hydrogenated Nitrile

این یک نوع هیدروژنه هیدروژنه گرانتر از پلیمر نیتریل است که مقاومت آن در برابر گرما ، فرآورده های نفتی و ازن را تقریباً 5 برابر افزایش می دهد.

-اتیلن پروپیلن DieneMonomer (EPDM)

معمولاً در محصولات ساخته شده از لاستیک برای سیستم های بخار ، مهر و موم پانل وسایل نقلیه و سیستم های ترمز به دلیل مقاومت بالا در برابر روغن ترمز استفاده می شود

-سیلیکون

Resistant to exposure to high and low temperatures, is very flexible and has good weather resistance.  

-فلوروسیلیکون

مزایای درجه حرارت سیلیکون را با مقاومت در برابر روغن ، سوخت و حلال های یافت شده در فلوروکربن ها ترکیب می کند.

-Neoprene

This relatively expensive rubber compound combines a wide range of chemical resistance and high-temperature properties.

-بوتیل

Has a high resistance to gas permeability. This makes it the ideal solution in the production of seals for high-pressure gas and vacuum systems

-Urethane

A fairly high priced, but commonly used material in applications subject to high pressure and constant shock loads
